Individual adjustment
The introduction to the Velumount method
During the initial appointment, snorers and people with nightly breathing interruptions that want to use the Velumount method receive important information about the function and arrangement of their own soft palate and the tissue structures behind it. After embedding the Velumount brace into into the oral cavity correctly, it starts to perform. With the competent support of the Velumount team with the occasional support of our ENT specialists, we're convinced you can achieve your desired goal.
Experience on yourself in which area of your palate Velumount must perform in order to sleep without snoring and without interruption of breaths. The Velumount brace is only worn during the night.
Procedure of the "Individual adjustment":
Step 1. make an Appointment for an individual fitting:
The fitting takes about 1 hour. If you need more time, of course we are here for you. It's important that the customer takes enough time for an optimal fitting!

Adjust braces to your anatomy
Practice insertion
Getting the first Velumount brace
step 2. Use at home:
After the initial adjustment, there is an acclimatization period of a few nights.
Wear the first Velumount brace during the whole night
Reduce breathing pauses
Sleep snore free
Step 3. Fine tuning:
After the acclimatization period the effect and the shape of the Velumount brace can be determined for the best possible wearing comfort.
The first 3 follow up appointments are included in the basic package.

Exclusively for our clients we offer polygraphy (sleep quality test) to evaluate the effect of Velumount
Measurements during two nights at your home (1x with and 1x without Velumount brace)

The results can be provided to a physician for a final medical evaluation
