Return Policy within 3 months from initial fitting. See return policy below for more details.
After the initial adjustment the payment is made in cash, Postcard or debit card (Maestro).
Note: depending on the location, card payment is not possible.
Termination fee for initial adjustment (30 minutes or more): CHF 170.00
Additional options to the basic package

Return policy of 3 months
We grant the right to return only if a free follow up appointment has been attended.
Only in this way our Velumount team has the possibility to achieve the optimum and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the effect and/or comfort after the control appointment, you can make use of our right of return within 3 months after initial appointment.
You will be refunded CHF 260 of the initial fitting appointment.

We recommend scheduling a check-up appointment every two years in order to verify and ensure the effectiveness and quality of Velumount braces.
Cancellation of appointment
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the booked time will be charged. (For contoll appointments CHF 45.- and individual adjustments CHF 100.-)
